•  Can I return my product?

We really hope you love your pieces but if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for some of our items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund value will be based on the value on the original purchase invoice. Generally, you should be responsible for the cost of any returning items.

  • Damages and issues 

We carefully inspect and package our items before sending them out for shipping. However, if upon receipt the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

- Send it via post back to us.

- Once your request is received and approved, we will promptly process an exchange, store credit or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.

  •  Return Conditions

- Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons and due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for jewellery. Please see our care instructions on how to care for your MUSES. jewels. 

- You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you if not.

To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.


- All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

  •  What is the return address?

The return address will be sent to you via email once the process is complete.

  • Time - We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for items in new condition.
  • Method of Refund - We would refund to your original payment method. That's to say, if you used a credit card to pay, we would refund to your credit card. We can also offer store credit to spend across our website.
  • Product Condition - Returned items must be in new condition and with its original package and receipt if a physical receipt is provided.
